Faculty Child of the Issue

Faculty Child of the Issue

In addition to the staple Athlete and Artist of the Issue features, The Circle Voice is highlighting another renowned community member in this issue: faculty child Linley LeRoy. The daughter of Timothy LeRoy, Dean of Student Activities, and Mathematics Department Co-Chair Kristen LeRoy, Linley attends Florence Roche Elementary School in Groton. A girl of several various interests, Linley enjoys dancing, competing in tennis and golf, playing music, and, especially, settling in for a game (or several) of Mario Kart. As Linley bounced beside me, equipped with a wide smile and a look of disbelief upon learning that she would be featured in the school newspaper, she revealed to me various elements of her life on and off campus.
